How old do you need to be to join The Alban Way?

The programme is designed for 18-35 year olds across the Diocese of St Albans.
How long is the programme?
The programme is 9 months long. We begin in February 2027 and the final commissioning is in October 2027.

What are the expectations when joining the programme?

We encourage all young adults to come as they are- whether you are new into your journey with faith or have a deeper relationship with God, we welcome everyone. We ask that all participants are respectful towards one another’s beliefs and are open to learning, growing and journeying together.
How often do you meet for sessions?

Sessions are once a month, on a weekday evening, in various locations across the Diocese of St Albans.
There is occasional weekend sessions as well as the pilgrimage trips. Our 2027 dates will be released very soon!
How much does the programme cost?

The programme costs £200 for the year.
